We have a Pitney Bowes Series 10, 6 station inserting machine to handle your specific needs. Ink-Jet Addressing
We have 2 Kirk-Rudy Jet systems on site. Inkjet addressing also allows us to barcode your mail piece which in turn gets you discounted postal rates. Along with printing names and addresses, we can also print fixed messages, return address, and just about anything you have in mind.

Hand Assembly
For those jobs that our inserting machine can't handle, First Class Mailers can manually insert the mail for you. From 1 piece of paper into a 9X12 envelope to a 48 page booklet, nothing is too big for us to handle. Hand inserting is especially nice when you have a "matched" insert.

Folding
We have a Baum 714 folding machine for most of your folding need. We can fold up to 11X17 and as little as 3X5. We can also fold pages that already stitched together but only if the number of pages is 4 or less.

Tabbing
Tabbing or wafer sealing a self-mailer is required by the Post Office if you would like to receive the postal rate discounts and at speed up to 35,000 per hour. We can guarantee that it will not take much time at all to save you money.
